Instax Camera Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

By signing this agreement, the guest acknowledges and accepts the following terms in full.

1 · Rental period and charges

• The rental fee of Rp 100,000 covers one session or up to 24 hours from the rental start time noted above.
• An additional charge of Rp 100,000 applies for each 24-hour period after the first rental period.
• Film packs are charged at Rp 250,000 (10 shots) or Rp 400,000 (20 shots) and are non-refundable once issued.

2 · Deposit

• A deposit of Rp 1,000,000 is held in cash or by credit card authorisation for the duration of the rental.
• The deposit is returned in full when the camera, bag, and all accessories are returned in the same condition as issued.
• The deposit may be used to cover any charges listed in Section 3.

3 · Guest liability and damage charges

The guest accepts full responsibility for the camera, bag, film, and all accessories from the moment of collection until return. The following charges apply:

Where charges exceed the deposit amount held, the guest agrees to pay the outstanding balance prior to departure.

4 · Film handling — critical instruction

5 · Photo quality and results

Fujifilm Instax cameras produce instant analogue prints. Image quality depends on lighting, distance, and subject matter. Prints may appear darker in shaded, indoor, or low-light environments. This is a characteristic of instant film, not a defect of the equipment.

Desa Eko and PT Desa Eko Munduk accept no responsibility for the quality, appearance, or results of photographs taken using the rental camera. No refunds or compensation will be provided on the basis of photographic results.

6 · General liability

PT Desa Eko Munduk accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the rental camera during any activity, excursion, or experience. The guest uses the equipment at their own risk.

The guest is responsible for the safe keeping of the camera and all accessories throughout the rental period. Desa Eko staff will not accompany the guest solely to supervise the camera.

7 · Governing terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this rental agreement will be resolved in accordance with applicable Indonesian law.

8 · Photos & content draw (optional)

As an optional extra, guests may submit their photos to Desa Eko as potential social-media content. Every photo submitted counts as one entry into a prize draw (a minimum of three photos is required to qualify). One winner will be drawn on 31 August 2026 to receive a Rp 1,000,000 Desa Eko gift card, which may be used or given to someone else. By submitting photos, the guest grants Desa Eko a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use them across its social media and marketing. Participation is entirely optional and is not a condition of renting the camera.
